THE CRIMSON DRESS
THIS is my own illustration for an article I am writing on Charlotte Bronte's Villette! It shows my favorite character, Ginevra Fanshawe, wearing the famous crimson dress!

What a stunning portrait -- exactly as I always pictured her, and true in every detail to the book.
